I had a practice working as a Rolfer, which is a form of deep tissue bodywork that help to improve general health and improves posture. I had made a discovery while working with a patient that transformed my practice. I found that people with chronic pain that didn?t resolve no matter what treatment they tried; whether it was orthodox or unorthodox forms of treatment, had identified in the past with someone who had appeared to be more successful or were surviving better than they were. Unfortunately as this form of imprinting usually happened when they were in deep shock they didn?t realise that the person that they had identified in this manner often had considerable pathology present, sometimes including symptoms of chronic pain. Identifying in this manner, whole cloth as it were, meant that they would also suffer from those problems until they were able to ventilate the memory of the traumatic incident and also allow the hidden memory to surface and let this identification leave them.

This technique called De-Identification Processing is gone into detail in the book and is an essential part of becoming intuitive at will.

While I became very successful in my work I was still unsatisfied with my life, in particular with my inability to form long lasting relationships. I had found myself in despair after a break up with a woman who had two children from a previous marriage. When we split up I was devastated, as I had formed a very deep attachment to the children. I went and talked with friends and professional colleagues about how to feel less miserable and was there anything that could be done to relieve this distress and how to form more long lasting relationships they were all of the opinion, that it was pretty hopeless.

As a last resort I went to see a psychic. Now I had always been somewhat suspicious of psychic phenomenon but I had recently met a very perceptive woman who had an uncanny ability to perceive things about me that she had no chance of knowing consciously. She suggested this seer as being one of the most perceptive of all psychics. No tricks, she doesn?t ask any questions or use ?guides? she just gives it to you straight.

Imagine my surprise when just after I had handed her the fee, she pushed the money straight back at me and told me that she was not to tell me anything about my future. She couldn?t give me a reading. Seeing the expression on my face she was quick to explain that there was nothing wrong with my health but she had been ?told? that the answer to my distress needed to be discovered by me in order to help others. One thing that she could tell me was ?When you leave your mind will be quiet.? And it was. What a relief.
This quiet mind lasted for about five days. It was initially quite blissful, somewhat I thought like the states of Samadhi that the Eastern mystics described when one has reached a state of enlightenment. Gradually the murmurings, figuring?s, conflicts, wishes, etceteras, started to impinge on my blissful state.

I started to wonder then what had happened. I reasoned that I was in a very emotional state, very hypnotisable. She, with all the authority of the seer had made a very forcible suggestion that had the effect of a hypnotic imprint. Such imprints do not last that long once you have returned to the stress and anxiety of daily life.

Then it came to me that if I made a recording of the words that she had spoken. Record them on an endless loop tape, and use a time switch so that they will keep playing until the player was switched off. This may keep a constant effect going. If I also played this while I was in a state of reduced conscious such as occurs when asleep or under hypnosis this may have a deeper impact.

When I made the recording I also added more words than just my mind will be quiet. After the first time that I played this one night, when I awoke in the morning, my mind had gone quiet, but in addition there was a very quiet voice telling me to do certain things. Following this inner voice changed my life and the lives of countless people who have also followed these instructions.

In the book there are many examples of the kind of things that happened to me from following this omnipotent intuition. The following chapter from the book is an example of the kind of things that happened.
